Our History began as clients came to us asking for short term leases or renting options. Through a close knit group of individuals, it was soon realized how and why our clients were requesting such spaces. New Brighton Real Estate was able to help those in need of what we began to call "Special Situations".

Through careful and strategic planning our idea has slowly but surely become a reality. Whenever a client was looking for a space, they simply told us that they have a "special situation" and from that point we were able to help them.

Since that time (long ago) we have heightened security on both our and our clients end. And we have perfected our methods of helping those of need for a secure, short term space

Without getting too specific. We currently have 17 properties up and down the Eastern Coast of the United States, 2 in Northern Canada and 3 in Argentina. The sizes of each space can range from anywhere between a 10X15' basement apartment to a 300,000 square foot warehouse space.

Some are in rural areas, while others are deep within major metropolitan cities. A few are just rooms with no utilities, others have full central air and heating, electricity and water, and with our larger properties, garages and/or loading docks. And then there are all other spaces in between.

Whatever your needs may be we're sure that our experience and knowledge will be beneficial to you.

Our services range widely on price. We can offer you a small secluded room off of a tiny country road. Or we can equip you with a space in an urban area that is highly secure, that includes infrared security systems, digitally accessed rooms and secret room accesses.

We specialize in the individual or organization who is trying to move, produce, sell or trade items in a safe, secure, and feasible location. Our spaces can be outfitted to handle large commercial growing operations or even small advanced laboratories. Our spaces can also serve as a meeting ground between you and your clients

We can also consult you on how to setup you current place of operation to a higher level of security. We can advise you on how to make your current space more secure against outside intrusion. With easy to follow instructions, places to purchase equipment and even tips on how and where to install specific security items.

Through the use of current technology we are able to conduct 99% of our business online. This in turn provides a safer endeavor between both parties involved. Well, it's extremely easy to find out who owns a secure domain, and it's very easy to trace people who view this site through the use of CGI, Java, or cookies. We have none of those things within this page. This pages acts as an introduction site as well as a "neutral" area to gather primary information about New Brighton.
